I have asked you to fix the star chaser three times. First, on the star chaser stars disappeared discussion, second here and third in the PM.
Please fix it. I request you. This is very bad that I do not have Misty outfit even after completing the star chaser! Please fix this! ID-9659064394

Sorry about the stars missing. I get that you are excited and want to play the event, however, please note that we do not work 24/7 and that we're on the Central European Time (same for out game Studio). Therefore, you might have to be a little patient to get an answer sometimes but it's never more than a matter of few hours!
Regarding your issue, make sure you have cleared cache and cookies and that you have the latest game version installed. That usually helps make sure that the game run smoothly. How many stars do show in your star counter at the moment? Have more been missing?
