Hello, i can't seem to log in to my Facebook or king accout on my game, it keeps telling me error connecting

Hello @PummyRaj, thanks for your reply, i play candy crush soda saga, and yes i play other games but I'm not experiencing this issue with them.

So yesterday i decided to uninstalled the game and installed it back to see if it will work and it did connect to the internet, but now i have lost the progress from the last one,i was on level 1071 and now it brought me back to 1008 which is the level i was before it stopped connecting to my king and Facebook account. Pls how can i get my progress back.
