Level issue during start up and game stats

I log into my candy crush game and it starts at 2000 some level but I am at 4600 some level. I have to scroll my way upto that level Everytime and it's a bother. Please resolve this

Because if this I don't get benefits of clearing levels on one attempt and other such benefits. I had changed my phone recently but I had saved it via Facebook and that's how I recovered the levels I had reached.

Please give solution

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I hope you are seeing stars on the levels between 2000 and 4000!

What I have noticed in Candy Crush is that, our Avatar stays at the level which we played before closing the game! But, if we simply tap on our Avatar / profile pic bubble, we are taken to our current level - so no scrolling needed at all.

It is the lower levels that needs scrolling!! I guess we don't need that anymore as the Sugar Drops are taken away 😥

Can you try this and tell me how it goes? Also, please let me know tomorrow if you are still finding yourself in the lower level, even if you have not played them!

i did try your solution but it indicates my current level as 2496, where as I am actually at 4679 and I have to scroll every time.

Please suggest alternative
