Game Sometimes Freeze Continuously

Hello,

I am playing "Candy Crush Friends Saga" in Samsung Galaxy Store.

Although my phone is brand-new one (I am using Galaxy S20+ 5G)

Game Sometimes Freeze Continuously with high temperature.

Please Fix this problem.

This issue was occurred during playing 15 Stage.

    Hello @hsmoon and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry this is happening to your brand new phone. However playing the game should have nothing to do with the temperature of your phone. It sounds like possibly a problem with your new device. Any electronics do not work well when they get overheated and it is very bad for them. Playing the game should have no affect on the temperature of your phone..
