1) Which country are you living in?

2) When did you see the pop-up that "Free Unlimited Lives All week"? And which game?

3) By any chance did you take a screenshot of that pop-up?

I’m in the U.K, it said free lives all week not all

month. I didn’t take a screenshot of the pop up I’m afraid. It was on Wednesday. I understand it is something you were offering after the U.K. was locked down due to coronavirus.

Also it was on candy crush. I had 17 hours left last night then that disappeared 5 minutes later.
