Why can't I get characters

Each time I complete the challenges I still don't get the characters. I completed the 12 level and still didn't get Olivia.

Hi @fegile Welcome to our community 🤗 Just to make it clear, did you finished all 10 enclave levels and then 30 stars chaser ? Because if you do completed both of the challenges you should be able to collect Olivia.

Hi again @fegile how about the stars chasers, after you are completed 10 levels enclave you supposed to go back to regular level and start collecting 30 stars to unlocked Olivia.

Ok. But there is no star chaser quest.
