Can't get my rewards

I absolutely love this game. Only issue is I have my wifi hooked up to my phone but it won't let me get my rewards. Was wondering if u could help with that. Other than that I can't wait to play sweet streaks🙂🙂🙂

Hello @Breegeames and welcome to our friendly King Community. When you say you are using WiFi for your phone, do you mean you are playing in airplane mode so your phone is only connecting to the internet thru your WiFi? Also - when you are talking about rewards - do you mean daily rewards or rewards you can sometimes get on certain levels or by completing quests?

When you try to collect the rewards - do you get an error message saying you are not connected to the internet? Sorry for asking so many questions but the more information I have, the better I will be able to help you.

Hi , I got a message that told me to come get my 20 gold bars but when I clicked on it I wasn’t rewarded with them . Your help would be greatly appreciated ,Thsnk you
