Connectivity issue

I have been getting connection errors in both Friends & Jelly. I am connected to the internet, I’m signed in & ive changed my passwords recently. Do you have any idea why this is happening? It is happening on multiple devices. One is an Android tablet & the other an I phone. All updates have been preformed on all the games.

Try restart ur phone. N can try using wifi n data. Check for latest version

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Let me know if you find any such error message when logging into the game.
