Sending lives malfunction

My friends ask for lives but I am not able to send lives to them. Whenever I send lives, it continuously buffers. I have to log out and they tell me that they never receive lives from me. I can receive lives but am not able to send them. Please help. They say that they are going to discontinue sending me lives in the future. Please help.

Since the unlimited lives week,went back to normal. I can't give or receive lives to friends.nwhen I prompt it,the screen with your friends names on it doesn't appear so you can send the request.

I checked the update and I am up to date, so to speak.

I play using my desktop computer. I never had unlimited access on it over the weekend. It has not been allowing me to to send lives for a while now. I just assumed that the problem was with the game itself. My friend sent another request, I sent it but the buffering continued. She never received the life.
