No map reward for level 1940.

As the title suggests, I completed level 1940, but didn’t get the map reward.

Hi @mickb - you should have received the missing rewards in your game. If you haven't seen them yet, then close your game, turn off your device for 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on and reopen the game. If it still isn't there - then play a level and it should definitely show up by then. Enjoy!

Hello @mickb and welcome to our friendly King Community! As you are aware, not all levels have a reward. Was there a box for level 1940? Also - just because you complete a level doesn't mean you will get the reward unless you have managed to get the present also.

So @mickb you are talking about the box you get when moving to the next episode - correct? Not a box for the actual level itself. If this is correct - I will let the CM know and see what she can do. Can you please post your game ID# below?

Hello again,

thanks for the reply, opened the game this morning to be greeted with a screen from Queenmia, saying something like ‘test, here are your rewards ‘ or something like that (can’t remember exactly , and never thought to take a screenshot).

anyway I honestly don’t know whether I got rewards or not, can’t remember how many hammers I had before.

is there anyway of finding out what the rewards consisted of?

if not, I’ll just assume I got them.
