If you fail in all attempts, follow the procedure below.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
I hope you're back on track really soon!
I got a new phone and when I switched all my apps to my new phone I lost my levels and now I have to start over. I was on level 1578. Can I get my levels back?

Are your games all set now? Or are you still looking for a fix for the issue?
If you have saved your games before on your old device through Facebook OR Kingdom account, you can simply log in again with same details on your new device also, and you should be able to get back all your level progress.
If you have not saved the game, then, there is a little procedure to follow to get your progress back.

What is the procedure to get my levels back? I'm logged in via Facebook on both devices, but it didn't save my progress on the new device.
