Level 1
I played all last week. Every day. This morning it says I didn't complete the week. What gives?
Hello @4Eponamals and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry that happened to you. When you finished day 7 and got that prize, did you then get an additional prize that said it was the week prize? It would have looked like the picture below.
You can complete a level without getting the prize box for that level. You need to make sure you not only complete the level but also get the prize box for each level and then at the end of the week you will also get the week reward.
Also I couldn’t play every day because it wouldn’t let me complete the levels with Olivia’s character because I haven’t unlocked her sticker yet ?

Hello @westylee - You should still be able to play even though you don't have the character. Make sure you close the app, then close your device for about 15 seconds - also make sure your software is up to date and you have the latest version of the game. Then go ahead and restart your device and open the game. The CM said to try this and if it didn't work the first time, try it again.
Hello @collibolli - unfortunately we only use English in the main areas of the community, but we now have an International corner and there is a German speaking area here. You are welcome to post your question here in English. You may use a translation app of you need to.
It's not letting me play the spring levels without the character either i've updated and closed app still can't play
@jendes04 I had the same problem.
As @bearwithme wrote, close completely out of the app by going to your profile and then turn your phone off for at least 15 seconds. Now log back into your game and see if that works.
@bearwithme Yes i've done everything including deleting it and re installing losing my extra stuff! And I cannot get a response back about it from Cc it did the extra lollipop one time and then started it again only giving one piece and losing it all
