I got stuck on level 320 and it won’t allow me to continue playing because I don’t have enough stickers for either of the characters.I recently got new phone so I had to download the app again. I had a account so I can save my process which worked but I had noticed that I had lost most of my scrapbook characters . I think I remember having Odus before

Likely u will need to email support for help or private msg our community manager with ur account id for them to check

I am so sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

Few questions for my clarification.....

1) Did you have more characters on your old device?

2) Did you loose the characters when you downloaded your game on new phone?

3) Do you still have your old phone? If so, did you delete the game OR is it still intact on it?

4) If you did not remove the game from your old phone, can you please post screenshot of the characters from your old phone as well as new phone?

5) Finally, device you are using, and your game user ID number. This link will help you ----> Find my ID number
