I made my purchase for $8.99 for double the rewards for my gold tickets. However, I did not receive double rewards for it. Howbdo I get thia fixed?

So did u receive the gold bars as per the purchase? If no, u need to email support with ur account id for them to check

I have heard that sometimes, it will take few minutes to a bit long for the items to appear in your game, due to slow internet or server issues! Hence, please try this... force close your App ---> Disconnect from Internet ---> Shutdown your device for 2-3 minutes and turn it back on ---> Reconnect to WiFi and open your App ---> Check if you see the items in your game.

If not, please let me know, and will give you proper steps to contact the Player Support Team. Because, this Community team does not deal with the purchase issues as the query needs your personal details!!
