lost 3 of my lives after playing the spring season

Yesterday before i have 4 lives then i played fhe spring season but after that when i finish suddenly my lives only 1 left. Whats wrong why my lives gone while im playing the spring season? It so dissapointing 😞

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! This is the first time that I heard of such issue!!

First of all, the attempts we have on the Spring event are not counted with the Lives in the game! Since those are special levels, lives from our game are not taken out -- win or loss!!

Just wondering... how many attempts do you have for each Spring event level in your game?

Can you please post a screenshot of your Spring Event?

I also need to know what device you are using! Once you provide these details, I will try to find out any info I can!
