When I moved to the next world/land I did not get the gift at the end.

Hii, once I completed level 120 and moved on to the next world, to level 121, I didn’t get the blue and pink gift box at the end. And I went out of the app and back in but nothing happened.

I know I posted that question already, but the same thing happened again when I went from 140 to the next world on level 141.

and I tried turning off my phone, restarting everything and I’m even connected with the game.

what should I do?

Have you cleared cache? Wait at least 2 minutes before opening your game back. If this doesn't work, you will have to contact Player Support from your game to describe your issue. I thought the Studio fixed it a long time ago and no one's had any problems afterwards.
