Can you tell me for sure which game you want to know about?

Some players have found that the Daily Calendar has reset to Day 1 for them but don't worry! You will continue to receive daily rewards the same as before. 

The only difference is the number of days in a row your calendar will display.

There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. 

Though your Daily Calendar progress cannot be restored, rest assured that your actual rewards are unaffected. 

You can keep collecting and enjoying your rewards every day!

Dear @Sukanta_Biswas, Looks like the player is talking about loosing Daily Streak but not about the "Daily Treat Calendar" in Candy Crush ☺️

@JEBVIXXEN I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

Is it the Candy Soda OR Candy Friends game you have lost the streak?

In both of these games, loosing Daily Streak could be because of weak internet connection on our side OR server issues. Sometimes. updating our game App completely erases the data related to daily streak, etc., for some unknown reason!

Whatever the reason is, we will get it back in no time....

If you are playing Candy Friends, the high streak does not matter at all, because ---> Every 3rd and 6th days - we receive the Pink gift boxes; on 7th day - we get the Purple/Lavender box which usually contains more stickers and rest of the 4 days -- it is the small gift box, which contains stickers for 2 boosters.

And if you are taking about the Candy Soda -- For only first 6 days, we will receive single booster. And from 7th day on wards, we receive double boosters and they repeat after every 3rd day!

So, please don't worry that you have lost the streak in your game, as it is completely normal and we can blame it on our devices.
