I I have not been able to play my game for a week. After I finished an episode I got an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, allowed permission, and updated everything. Basically everything you suggested in an earlier email. I hope you can help.

First of all, I am sorry to heat about the issue in your game!!
There was an issue for most of the King games to download on Facebook, but non-King games were working fine for many players!! So, it could be the issue of Facebook itself, not sure!!!
When did you last try to get into the game? If it has been few hours, can you please check now and see if the game is opening? Because, I too was having same issue from past 3 days or so! And now it was fixed and I am able to open the game.
Please check and let me know if the game is opening or not! If it did not work, I need to know which browser(s) you have tried to open the game!
