Have either of you tried logging out of your game, then clearing the cache of your phone, then turning off your phone for 15 seconds, and then logging back into your game?
That's worked for me when I was stuck.

Thanks @AbhinavSargar for letting me know. That must be very frustrating to have that as an ongoing problem. I had that happen to me, but resetting the game fixed it. In fact, it happens about once a month.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Like my other friends have informed above, this problem is reported and being investigated. Please try logging off the game and wait for 2 minutes and log back in -- which helped many players, it seems!
Since the weekend is over now, the game Studio must be working on it. Until then, use the above work-around.

I am sorry! When a issue is reported, UNTIL the Community Manager(s) say and change the title as "FIXED" -- the issue is not fixed officially.
Sometimes, the changed version can be reached only couple of players, but not all! In this kind of situations, it will make the players confused that their game is not fixed. So, please wait till the official announcement(s) to redirect the players, and do not tell them the problem is fixed.
