Information about special events is stored in device memory, and your event progress will not be synced to the server until the event is complete. Event progress will be completely lost if your game app crashes before you complete the event or if you log out of the game.😥

Since you have plenty of time, I will ask you to try the event again from the beginning.

Update to Latest Version 1.37.4 and check if You get any event

Yours would be the first complaint as of now about "Rachel Event Missing"! Did it suddenly disappear from your game> By any chance, did you reinstall the game?

If reinstalling is not the reason, can you please give me these below details:
