My game is all messed. How do I get actual help to get it fix?

My game froze and I had to uninstall and reinstall. But, when I reinstalled game nothing saved. It put me back to level 2003 and I was A LOT higher then that. I was close to 2100 and NONE of my lollipops saved and thanks to the Easter challenge I had between 25-30 lollipop combined thru all 3. I put a lot of work into getting this far/much to have it taken away. I emailed you yesterday about it and then today I go to play and I’m moved back to level 1560 and being told there’s no more levels. This is ridiculous and beyond frustrating. I’ve emailed them and they send me automated responses but it won’t fix it What do I do?
