No reward for level 2060 (map reward)

on completing level 2060 , I didn’t receive the map reward.

I'm sorry if you have a problem. Please go to the gear wheel in your game - question mark = help center, please look there under reward not received. Otherwise send an email from there. Do not receive the sub-topic prices and send it with the ID number. You will then receive an automatic email and then reply and send everything again.
