Log out of the game and close the App ---> Disconnect from Internet ---> Turn off your device for 5 minutes and turn it back on ---> Reconnect to WiFi and log into the game. This should definitely work and Galaxy Yeti should come to your game now.
Sometimes, the servers can be down and / or our internet connection can be weak, for these kind of situations to occur.
But, do not worry at all. If he still did not appear, please post back and let me know! I will ask the Team In-charge on what else you can do. And also ask her if there is any delay from King side too.
