Level 10 -- Rachel levels

Okay, so I purchased the $49.00 items to finish the 9th and 10th boards in the Rachel side game. I got through level 9 okay, but when I tried to use the items I purchased on level 10, I was told I was out of moves and got kicked out of the level. I tried a second time, and the same thing happened. I could not re-enter the side game, because it was showing there was no more time left. This side game was supposed to go on to the end of the month.

What I want to know, is there any way to get the items I lost back without having to pay again? I lost all of the items I had left which included 2 of all of lollipops and the color change item, extra fish. I had 1 hour 25 minutes left on these. Please let me know how to get these items back without having to pay, since this was a game glitch.
