How can I properly use friend "Rachel" ?

I love this game and it was fun completing the levels to get Rachel - I got her the first time we had this event. But as a part of the game, she's pretty useless. I'm close to level 2900 and I might have used her once or twice. Like others said, she mostly just makes sense when you can combine her powers with special candies. So don't worry too much about it and instead focus on the other friends and keep having fun :)

As my friends above said , Rachel and her event are very challenging and it might take some time to master her powers.
The secret on Rachel's power is to Swap the Rainbow Candy with any candy on the board to activate. (If hit by another special candy it will hit/paint 4 squares in a random direction) .
Except from BGT, there are Jelly Queen and Olivia that you can get from events!
I hope you get them too!
