Could you please explain it in more detail and do you have a picture of it? Then I could help you better! Thank you. What is important: is that you have the latest version on it and regularly empty the cache. And start again. So you can avoid mistakes!

First of all, I would like to make sure that you are having this issue in the Candy Friends game!

Once receiving the prize, are you seeing the Pink error message and then Tiffy sitting down in a crying mode?

If so, the message is saying that your device / game does not have proper internet connection. Sometimes, only one game App gets affected with this kind of bug but other games / Apps work fine. OR it could be just the weak internet connection, which would not work while you try to grab the gift!! We will have to figure out what the issue is -- whether a bug or internet connection issue!!
