I think that @QueenMia pretty much summed up everything for you, go ahead and check out that link for the video tutorials they can be very helpful. I don't recall level 109 as I'm in the 2000's. I can go ahead and check it out in a bit and see what advice I can give you on that level. In the meantime it's all about patience and strategy most of all having fun!
