I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Are you having this issue in the original Candy Crush Saga OR in Candy Friends game?
If it is in Candy Crush Saga, this is a known issue and the Candy Studio is looking into it. And if it is Candy Friends game, like my friend @candycrushinit mentioned, we can blame it on the "Internet Traffic".
Due to the Pandemic, and everybody working from home -- the usage of Internet has significantly increased. Unfortunately, there is no work-around for this but to patiently wait for the store to open up and let's you purchase your required items!
