Levels Back

I don’t remember exactly what level I was on, but yesterday I hit the “save my progress” button & it threw me all the back to level one. How do I get the level I was on back? I refuse to start all over again

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

But, no need to worry at all! You must have accidentally clicked on "log-out" of the game, and you did not realize it! Because, we see that message "Save Progress" and/or "Accept Terms" -- when we are not logged into the game.

So, first thing you need to do is -- check the "Profile" and see if it says your name OR "player", and is it showing your picture or just a "random picture". If it is showing a random picture and as "player", it means that you are not logged in. Simply log back in and you will be all set.

This is happening because King team changed few things -- they made it easy for multiple players to play on a single device. So, if you have logged out, your friend or another person can log-in play on same device 😃
