Here is some help for level 3008 (Episode 151):
"Got some pesky single tiles without Jam at the top of the board, but you want to focus your matches on clearing the lower board? The Fish Moulds (and other Fish candies) will target Jam-less tiles for you without needing to make matches higher up!"
