How to fix my current situation?

On Candy Crush Friends there is the bubble gum character event. Every time I win the bubble gum level it kicks me out of the app. How do I fix this?

Is it happening after winning the Bubble Gum level ONLY or is it the same with regular levels too?

I think some troubleshooting steps would work to solve the issue -- starting with clearing cache and making some room in your device memory!
