Why is it I don’t get adds on game

I’m just wondering the girlfriend and I have been playing and we have the same amount of players but she gets ads for extra moves and I don’t.

Hello @Fireman1972 and welcome to our friendly King Community. Unfortunately some options/events, including ads, are not available to everyone. Quite often two members of the same household won't get the same events. One may get ads and the other doesn't. It is totally random. I have never gotten the opportunity to watch ads in any of my King games and I have been playing for over 7 years.

If you got stuck in a level and have difficulty in advancing to next level, you may try to watch some tutorials videos in YouTube though the choice may be limited.😊
