The Community is in the mode of "adding" more useful information about all the games and articles related to the games. That is the reason, some of the "existing" links are showing "permission problem".

As @kiara_wael mentioned, we've made some changes in our FAQ sections, so there might still be some links that need to be updated. Can you share the URL of the page you're referring to with us so I can make sure it's not one of them?

In the meantime, you can bookmark this link as @wykoon suggested: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/kb - This is the new Help Center. It looks a little different than before but it has the exact same content (and maybe even more!).

@PummyRaj's link is also helpful. It redirects to the General King Community - It helps with the usual Troubleshooting that apply to all of our games - but won't be CCFS specific.
