I do agree with Werner that your game may have not loaded properly due to internet connection issue. Therefore, basic troubleshooting such as logging out from the game and accounts and close all the running apps, restart your device and log back in may help refresh the rewards that you've won.
Sorry that my message may be too late for you to do anything now but if you encounter the same issue again, please try the above basic troubleshooting steps. Also, always check that your game is the latest version and ensure your device have sufficient storage space/memory to facilitate any app updates.
