Did you lose the game progress and you found yourself at level # 1, instead of level # 370? If that is the issue, please make sure that you are logged into your game through correct details, and see if you are back at your level.

Like I said you are being injustice to a player who has been a player who has invested time n money w proof from there there bank statements of more than two years just because they transferred from an android to an iPhone. Correct the situation or I will make it public
