Hello all. Can someone help me out with a few tips on level 5 in the Jelly Queen event, please? I've been stuck on it for 4 or 5 days now.

I loved the Jelly Queen event, although it was a challenge to get 20 orange candies in order to trigger her power. The graphics were great for the episode and the boards were interesting but not as unique as I would expect. After completing all 10 levels, I was disappointed that I had to earn 45 new stars to get the Jelly Queen added to my scrapbook, but I did it before time ran out. Hooray!

All you have to do is to make alot of combos (especially color bomb with wrapped candy works well) and try to collect 20 orange candies so to activate Jelly's Queen power.

Now that Jelly Queen is in my scrapbook, I would like Olivia's levels to make a return (next week after I get back from vacation.) so I can collect her. Hopefully someone will have a video for her level 7 which was exceedingly frustrating and kept me from getting her.

Jelly Queen's levels were fun for the most part, but I would like suckers instead of timed boosters for prizes next time.

Hi @ChristineRagsdale, sorry you’re having problems with level 5. With this level, you need to be more strategic ( and a bit of luck would help too😉) Before you play, always double check to see if you can make a bomb, a striped/wrapped candy or combo, see if you can set yourself up for it, so take your time. Don’t concentrate making your moves too close to the blockers or you can miss making a striped candies ( they come pretty handy here) and if you don’t have any good moves, try for the orange candy to set of the Queen. Hi @ChristineRagsdale I want to reiterate the importance of making combos for JQ Level 5. The wrapped candy / stripped candy combo is very effective for this level. Not only because it hits 3 rows and 3 columns in one move, but it also removes all the orange candies in the covered area. Which means it will likely trigger the JQ to release her very powerful blast. My strategy would be to create: 1) Wrapped / Stripped combo, then 2) Color bomb and save it for a combo with wrapped candy or stripped candy and 3) if you are lucky enough, try to make a Color bomb / fish combo to finish off the hard to reach blockers.

So sad, I was playing the queen jelly challenge .phone restarted itself all of a sudden and it disappeared on my phone..and I wasn't able to play again, now I don't have queen jelly avartar..so sad

Its nice to get special power ups. But this time it barely gives any and she seems to mess up my game plays instead of helping me. Stuck at level 8 for a week.

The event wasn't very easy. I played until the end. All days had to serve. I did it yesterday. The right game came. It's good that there are many days. The hardest level was 6.
