    @PummyRaj Unfortunately no . My last replay was on the 3rd of August and after that I did not receive any answer, not even automated email 🤷‍♀️

    I forgot to explain that I am at work now, I am sorry if I was late in answering you. I will check again in my rest time🙏❤

    OK, can you please do me a favor? After getting out from the work, can you please send a reply to the last email you have received from them (not to the one you sent on 29th or so) -- it is OK even if the email says "we are closing the ticket".

    Do not worry, and write to them -- you have not received the help and you are still waiting, any help they can provide is much appreciated (include all these in your reply).
