Please note that quests sometimes not available to all the players all the time. But be hopeful and it may reappear to you soon.

You already understand that you posted your problem in the wrong place. There is a separate thread for each game in the community and you will find it at homepage.
However, you do not need to post again, as your post will be sent to the correct location.😀
Maybe your game is not fully connected to the server so you can't find new quests in your game.Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Restart Device > Open Game and check again.
If you still can't find a new quest after doing this, keep a screenshot of your completed quest and follow the steps below.
Log out game - Restart device - Open game & Log in.( By logging out, you may lose the progress of Special Quest)
