Sorry to hear about your Problem on daily Quests.
- Try these 3 steps-
- ✓Update your Game To Latest Version
- ✓Check your internet connection. If it's slow, quests doesn't appears. Try switching to Wi-Fi.
- ✓If any of the above methods doesn't works, go in your phone's Settings and Press the following-
- Settings>Apps/Application Manager/Apps & Notifications>Apps info/Apps>Candy Crush Friends Saga>Clear Cache/Storage>Clear Cache

You already understand that you posted your problem in the wrong place. There is a separate thread for each game in the community and you will find it at homepage.
However, you do not need to post again, as your post will be sent to the correct location.😀
Maybe your game is not fully connected to the server so you can't find new quests in your game.Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Restart Device > Open Game and check again.
If you still can't find a new quest after doing this, keep a screenshot of your completed quest and follow the steps below.
Log out game - Restart device - Open game & Log in.( By logging out, you may lose the progress of Special Quest)
Have you passed 1000 levels in Candy Crush Saga?
