Checked app already up-to-date. And follow these all steps (Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in to Facebook) but unfortunately it's still not working.

Hi there @Maylai473 and hope you are enjoying your weekend.

May I suggest that you disconnect your device from internet/wifi, wait for few minutes and reconnect back to the internet? After that, enter/log in your game as usual. Play a level and check your inbox or click on the heart shaped icon to request lives from friends.

If you see all your friends appears in your list again, you may try to re-send the requests. If you still haven't received any lives back from your friends after few days, there could be other reasons they are not responding. This include, among others, refusing to response, taking short break from the game due to stuck at a level or having same problem as you. 😊

You may switch to playing your game in another device such as PC (browser or Win10)/tablet) because playing different platform will give you a fresh 5 lives.
