Stuck on level 3124

Can’t complete on level 3124 because it’s not enough moves to go. I have only 19 moves for all 5 dunk of cookies! I don’t know how can I for these level with 19 moves to complete? That is absolutely not enough moves! Help!!!

Have Dachs get those 4 cookies out of those licorice locks and get them down. Destroy any blockers in the way, especially the white and cyan ones. Keep collecting green candies to dunk more cookies. If possible, make combos like striped + wrapped or color bomb + wrapped to clear those blockers below.

If any of those suggestions didn’t work, try using a different character. What two other characters are available for that level?

Finally! Level 3124 is now completed for last move because it’s very horrible level with the less moves.
