Starting to think this combination is an issue. Frozen once game opens, cannot make any moves. Android with latest updates for phone and game. Happens to me with these boosters. The boosters and color bomb or color changing extra goes on the board. And then nothing. I'm not looking for how to fix, tech savvy enough I've done the trouble shooting. Looking to have it looked into as it's happened to me several times before.
Oh sorry about that. Technical errors or glitches happens in the games. However good that its working fine now.

Yup I know but it isn't my device. It's fine now once the boosters are gone. This was much earlier this afternoon, I got busy at work. None of the boosters are active

Please do the following:-
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.

If it's still not worked, how about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as this feature is still tested. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
