Game does not end on zero moves! Common problem on two iOS devices

Level 2

The game does not finish when I run out of moves but I can still use boosters. I have to quit the level to get out.

Same problem on iPad Air2 and iPhone SE 2020 both running version 14.0.1 of their os.

I have killed the app and restarted it but problem remains

    @Black_Cat_63 Hi and welcome, please check you app store to see if there are any game updates and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your

    If not you may need to contact customer support from your game so they can look into your issue. Just go to game settings help Center and send them an email and hopefully they can help you with this

    Hi and welcome to the community.

    Very strange that it is happening on two different devices. However as both are IOS devices i think there is something common. So try to clear cache in the Safari.

    I hope it is on auto update the game application. But log out and try to restart and login again.

    Otherwise as mentioned above by my friend contact player support.

    It’s sort of resolved itself.

    I’m guessing, but it’s possibly linked to when I don’t have offers of viewing adverts for boosters or additional moves.

    I wasn’t get the offer when I had the problem. I then got offered a starting booster and the game ended cleanly for the first time in ages, next life there were no offers and the problem came back.

    It then went away after not playing for a few hours but I am getting an offer every life.

    @Black_Cat_63 Hi, you must be very lucky to be getting an offer every life, i also play via iOS hand not experienced your issue and i am definitely not getting offers every life. Thought maybe more to do with the IOS 14.0.1 update

    I never used to get so many offers. I used to use additional moves very sparingly as I only got them about three times a day and it had to be a slam dunk finish before I would risk them.

    I used additional moves a bit more freely to hit the star goal for the Dachs Delivery Service event and they never seemed to run out until this morning.
