The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Understood that you are not receiving any lives/extra moves/boosters by watching Ad. As informed by our Ms Kiara, the Ad is a test feature and only available to selected players at a certain time frame.
If you didn't have it for the first time, you may disconnect your device from the internet, wait for few seconds and reconnect back to the internet. Thereafter, please continue playing and then check to see whether it re-appear. If it doesn't, most likely it has been removed from your game. However, please do not be disappointed because there may be other events on the way. So just keep playing and stay tune for it.
Meanwhile, please take a while to explore this Community esp. the contests area and participate on any on-going contest to stand a chance to win some gold bars to your fave game.

Ads feature is a bonus feature and not permanent part of the game. All the bonus features are divided randomly by the system. And this selected group of players can be changed time to time. Unfortunately you are not a part of this test group at the moment. But it might change and you can get this feature back in future. Please also note that all the bonus features including ads feature may appear, disappear or simply be replaced.

These can come in extremely helpful if you are lucky enough to win any when it comes to those hard to complete levels and to help you progress through the levels
