Game error message so had to refresh, lost the level I'd just completed.

I'm on level 976 of candy crush soda, I just bought more moves as I ran out and needed one more to finish it. I got the extra moves, finished the level, and then the game decided there was an error and I had to refresh. When I did this it showed that I was still on the same level and had not completed it. This would be bad enough at the best of times but I specifically bought the extra moves to finish this extra hard level. Very disappointed with the game at the moment.

yes, that is very frustrating. you also have to replay that stupid level again, too. i recommend you to contact player support from your game app to see if they can refund the purchase. Good Luck!

Hi, thanks for answering. I can't find any link that takes me to any contact with support for the game. I'm just playing it on facebook on my laptop and apart from twitter and instagram, neither of which I have, the Community button was the closest thing there is.
