why am I not getting the ad videos?

@ldheddy Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Check if your Candy crush game is updated to the latest version and check if you have enough space of at least 2GB free on Storage or SD. Sometimes these features are tested only for a few players and not all may have access to it. Try doing these steps given below and see it helps.
If done so try to log out and try restarting your device open game and log back in to the game. See if this helps.

As of June, 2021, we are getting “ad video” offers to (1) insert a color bomb or coloring candy at the very BEGINNING of a new game, (2) get an extra +4 moves at the very END of a game, (3) get an extra +1 life when we are down to 0 lives, and (4) after we complete each of our 3 Daily Quests we are offered an add video to get extra credit toward each of the 3 types of lollipops. There is some kind of daily limit on the number of ad videos you are offered, so I would suggest that you only use the ad videos to get the extra +4 moves when you are at least 50% likely to be able to win that level with the extra moves, and that you also view the video when you are offered the extra credit for the lollipops after completing a quest, because if used carefully, those lollipops can later make the critical difference between losing and winning a difficult level.
