Stuck at level 7 because itβs impossible but not enough moves to complete. This is pay level to complete. Please fix for the number of moves! Itβs impossible!

I am stuck on level 7 from these challenge. Because for 21 moves is not enough moves for all Cookie Cupcakes to pass ππ

I can only say that usually I never get over these special events, time is always running out and I am still at level 7 or 8, however this time I had a great time without any difficulty π€·
