🔺 If a Special Event -such as the Cookie Challenge- disappears before the timer has run out, you may have disconnected from your King or Facebook Player Profile where the Event is visible.
- Make sure you're linked to your Game by checking your progress in the main Map. If that's not correct, you might be offline/disconnected.
- If so, find the options to log out & log in to your King or Facebook Player Profile in the Settings menu of your Game & make sure you are logged in.

ℹ️ Extra Tips
- Special Events are visible for a limited time so try to keep up-to-date by checking your device notifications for the Game. You should also see pop-ups & messages to let you know when something special is taking place, what you need to do & what you'll receive as a reward.
- Don't forget that the timer continues to tick down while you're away/not playing.

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they don’t, it’s just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon you’ll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!
