Why do I only get 20 moves for level 1206?

This has happened once on a previous level as well, that I have substantially fewer moves (20) than stipulated in any guide (32-35) that I can find online. It makes it impossible to pass without spending a fortune on extra moves. I am a skilled player and have never before had to buy more than one pack of features to pass a level but had to buy three(!) to get passed the previous glitched level after having spent weeks on it.

Yes, King keeps changing the levels in all the games. To make them more interesting, easier or harder. He's certainly also thinking about sales. We can only complain and try to pass the levels.
