I can start this time (one of my favorite topics hehe)

These are Lebkuchen- they can be bought in many Christmas (and non-Christmas) markets in the South of Germany. My favorite are the Nürnberger Elisenlebkuchen which my German Granny used to send us every year when I was a child. 🤗

I've never made them at home, but you can get them in the supermarket these days. If you happen to see them in yours, try them out! They are mmmmmmmmh! Delicious! Divine! Tasty! 😉

@Lola_Pop we traditionally have Christmas Eve potato salad with sausages.

The recipe is from my grandma, who hasn't been with us for a long time.

Since I now have to go to the kitchen myself, I don't have time to write down the recipe on the fast one. Maybe I'll get back to you later.

Well I don't celebrate Christmas and I'll be home due to this virus. I've stopped baking since I really don't need to eat an entire cake. A friend of mine that I used to work with made Christmas cookies so I'll be eating those later on today. Happy Holidays everyone!

@Lola_Pop thanks for the tag @Diamond Lim mine would be Baklava. I don't make or bake these I buy them from the local Greek Orthodox Church during the Holiday Sale they are so delicious, I could only wish I could make them...love them so much

I Love cooking and baking. No so much on the clean up.( Very moist) Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I won 1st place in baking contest 7th grade Jr. High School. 35 years ago.
