this week I didn't receive my reward for having managed to pass more than 25 levels. On Monday, January 11th I was at level 3501 and on Sunday, January 17th I completed level 3527, that is, I passed 25 levels last week. Every Tuesday when I manage to pass 25 levels or more I get 2 hours of unlimited life and yesterday I don't know why not I received them. Can someone help me? I am sending the screenshots to prove that I have gone through 26 levels.

It can happen that due to a bad connection in the Internet to the King Server, this was not registered. You can try to get compensation directly from King Support.

@tininha1975 Hi and welcome, Did you get the pop at the beginning of the week to say if you passed this for sweet rewards. As the feature is not always guaranteed to be in your game and could also have missing due to temporary issues. If you did get pop up can only guess that as explained above may have been a connection issue.

think due to it being a free feature that not much can be done in this case and probably need to see if the feature pops up again this week, but you are more than welcome to try customer support you never know your luck
